The per-person cost for Notre Dame faculty, staff, and associates includes six nights’ lodging, all program meals, all program trips and tours and specially prepared instructional material. Airfare is not included.

• Single Room with private bath: $2,000
• Double Room with private bath: $1,800 (by mutual request only)

Tantur has offered to make rooms available at a very attractive rate if you would like to arrive a day or two before the program begins and/or stay a day or two after the program concludes.

If space permits, participation in this program will also be open to others. The per-person cost for non-Notre Dame affiliated participants is:

• Single Room with private bath: $2,695;
• Double Room with shared bath: $2,645 (mutual requests for double lodging required). Airfare is not included.

Each room, whether single or double, has a private bathroom.

Withdrawal: If you withdraw in writing on or before September 19, 2008, you will receive a full refund, minus a $100 per person administrative fee. In the event withdrawal is necessary after September 19, 2008, there will be no refund but you may substitute another person to attend the program in your place.  To recover non-refundable costs if travel must be postponed on short notice, we strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance as soon as you register (to ensure maximum coverage benefits). Program Cancellation: The safety of the participants in this program is of paramount concern to the University of Notre Dame.  In the event of the cancellation of this program by the University of Notre Dame for safety or security reasons the University will refund all payments made by the program registrant to the University of Notre Dame.

Because the University’s liability shall be limited to a refund of payment made to the University of Notre Dame, we strongly encourage all registrants to purchase travel insurance (see information on this website), that will cover non-refundable costs related to travel in event of program cancellation.
